Cold & Damage Free Marking

The Markera Alpine II laser marker, falls under 355nm wavelength spectrum which features high absorption rate that allows the laser to mark most of the materials easily with minimal heat and damage on the surface. This includes highly reflective materials such as copper, stainless steel, silver and gold.

Highly sensitive application with the need of precision and minimal heat daamage could optioned for Markera Alpine II laser marker. Application such as but not limited to IC chip marking, measurement instrument, PCB copper, wafer marking, and packaging marking.

Autofocus accurately

Option with autofocus are made easy to capture the focus point for marking. Simply slide the part under the focus point and autofocus it right away. It is highly favourable for high mix production or sensitive application that requires higher precision as laser focus plays a very important role in optimizing the peak power at the marking point.

The autofocus function also allows user to set the datum point easily and to monitor the distance via the digital display window. Users could also link with the autofocus module to capture and control the height value autonomously.

Mark Anything!

Markera UV laser markers are built to adapt higher range of pulse width and frequency adjustments, featuring an average of M²:<1.2. It certainly is a versatile laser marking unit to mark almost any materials with higher contrast easily. Some of the examples are as follows:-
