On the fly marking (High speed)

Markera Mila II series laser marker can be equipped with high speed configuration with a whopping of high writing speed up to 438cps and 10,000mm/s scan speed. This allow the laser marker to perform efficiently in high speed application such as packaging, film marking, beverage date code marking, perforation, packaging processing, and many more that you could imagine!

Markera also provides full solution with on the fly setup over your production line so you do not have to worry about any setup at all. Our solution includes, customized setup on existing line, or new line with conveyor. Complete with stand, fixture, touch screen, sensors and control. Fully industrial usage compatible.

9.3um or 10.6um CO2

The Markera Mila II comes with two RF CO2 options, namely the 10.6um for general usage while the 9.3um option are specially available for application that requires minimal burnt results. This is due to 9.3um CO2 exhibits higher absorption rate as compare to 10.6um CO2. The melting point at the edge tends to reduce, thus resulting in cleaner and minimal damage as compare to 10.6um CO2. The 9.3um is suitable for application such as marking or processing PET, PE, PETE, PCB marking and similar usage that tends to easily melt and carbonized due to incomplete absorption done with a 10.6um laser.

Mark with ease

Markera CO2 laser markers features an average of M²:<1.2. This allow higher quality marking on non-metal application easily. Some of the examples are as follows:-

Resin/Plastic/Non metal examples

  • ABS

  • Polycarbonate (PC)

  • Polypropylene (PP)

  • Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

  • Polyamide / Nylon (PA)

  • Epoxy Resin

  • Polyethylene (PE)

  • Ceramic

  • Stone

  • Glass

  • Anodized Aluminium
